In August of 2006, I first shared with you the amazing hexagonal Kangen™ water made by a special ionizer made in Japan that is an approved medical device used in hospitals and clinics there. In a nutshell, hexagonal water is only found in nature in the high mountains where it is formed by glacier ice or snow melt. This creates water that is a 6-sided, or hexagonal structure, and approximately 1/3 the size of most water. As this hexagonal water flows down out of the mountains into rivers, streams, pipes, holding tanks and bottles, (you get the picture) the action of the sun shining on this water turns it into a pentagonal shape (5 sided) and the molecules clump in groups of 15 to 20 molecules. This pentagonal water is what most of us drink and it is not readily absorbed and utilized by the body. Let me give you an example. If you drink 20 to 30 ounces of “normal” water (pentagonal structured water) at one time it will feel like your stomach is like a water balloon with water sloshing around for some time because the body cannot absorb it quickly and easily. Drinking the same amount of hexagonal water will not produce that same feeling in the stomach for any length of time, because it absorbs so much more readily. Hexagonal Kangen™ water also contains two additional characteristics. The first is that it is alkaline or acidic (depending on what you tell the machine to make) and in seconds, it is 3 to 8 times higher in anti-oxidants than green tea!
Antioxidant
Antioxidants are nature’s way of slowing down the aging process. Since I don’t know anyone who wants to age faster, this just seems like something we should all be doing every day. Alkalization is important because the more efficient our body is at neutralizing acidic metabolic wastes the healthier we are, and, we have more energy. Consider how you feel the next morning after doing hard physical work or activity. That stiffness and soreness is caused by the buildup of metabolic wastes generated by the cell as it was creating the energy you needed to do that activity. These wastes are highly acidic in the form of lactic acid, uric acid, etc.
Neutralize Acids
The body has to neutralize these acids in order to move them out of the interstitial fluids. If it does that quickly, you won’t feel pain, but, if it takes longer to neutralize and move them these acids will cause inflammation and pain. Drinking hexagonal Kangen™ water has proven to be one of the easiest ways to assist the body in effectively moving these wastes. There are a number of water ionizers on the market, and I personally, have purchased 7 of them and experimented with the water they produce. It was not until I was introduced to the ionizers made by Enagic, Inc. that I found ionizers that were able to produce hexagonal water at a high enough percentage that almost everyone who drank the water noticed a significant difference in how they felt. A water ionizer is an appliance that sits on the counter (in most cases) and attaches to your water supply and your homes electricity. When running water is sent through the machine, it goes through a high end three stage filter and then into the electrolysis chamber, where electricity bombards the water molecules and changes them from pentagonal molecules into hexagonal molecules. The water is also split into acidic and alkaline water.
Other Uses
The alkaline water is used for drinking, and also for washing foods, cooking and cleaning. It can even be used in your laundry and in place of those nasty cleaning supplies most of us have in the kitchen. Does not have much to do with Kangen water but I did think it brought up some interesting points.
 

Reaching for a soft drink to quench your thirst should NOT be an option.
I’m sure you are smart enough to know that soft drinks are truly not good for you. Soft drinks are among the worst liquids you can drink.  There’s nothing beneficial for your body in any way.  Let’s, however, go over some key points why soft drinks are to be avoided.
 
Soft drinks will not quench your body’s thirst (and need) for water.
Carbonated soft drinks are a diuretic.  Drinking a soft drink will take more water from your system than they will put back in your body.  The digestion process for the high levels of sugar will remove much water from your system.  To replace the water lost from drinking a carbonated soft drink, you will have to drink many glasses of water to make up for your soft drink consumption. 

Chemicals found in soft drinks will interfere with digestion.
It is possible that the caffeine and sugars shut down the digestion process.

Purified water leaches vital minerals from your body.
By its very definition, "purified" water is void of minerals.  By nature, purified water is unnatural and doesn’t exit in nature.  Water naturally wants to balance itself with minerals.  Purified water in your system will leach valuable minerals from your system.  Bottled water labeled "Purified Water" should be avoided.  Also, bottled water which has been labeled "drinking water" should also be avoided.  "Drinking Water" is labeled such because the FDA has allowed the bottled water companies to include the "Drinking Water" label on water which has been "purified".

Aspartame in "diet" soft drinks has been linked to many diseases.
The FDA receives the majority of its complaints about food additive targeting aspartame.  Diseases involving neurological complications such as depression have been linked to aspartame.

The chemical "Benzene" found in abundance is linked to leukemia.
Eight times the amount of benzene that is allowed in drinking water can be found in carbonated soft drinks. 

A sugar surplus (and crash) in your body can lead to diabetes.
High amounts of sugar in the soft drink can cause your pancreas to produce too much insulin.  Constant elevation and reduction of insulin and sugars in your system can lead to diabetes.

Caffeine has been linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
What’s more; the kidneys are programmed by caffeine to produce excess urine, leading to dehydration.

Phosphates found in soft drinks are nasty.
They block absorption of calcium and also leach valuable alkaline minerals from the body.

Phosphoric and carbonic acids are found in soft drinks.
Acids of a low pH at around 2.5 are 10,000 times more acidic than the desired neutral pH level of 7.0

Oh! And how about fixing that car.
Use some Coke on a rag to remove rust from your car bumper.  The police have been known to have coke available to remove blood from the street after an accident.  The delivery drivers for Coke use it to clean the engines of their trucks.  To carry Coca-Cola syrup! (The concentrate) the commercial trucks they use must have a hazardous Material  card reserved for highly corrosive materials.  The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising increase of osteoporosis.

Drinking water, especially Kangen water is far more healthy than Sodas.
